I know because I did it.)This is an essential tool for today's DAW-based home studio. (The transfer is easy, just call Arturia customer service and it's done within minutes. Keep in mind Arturia's software license transfer fee is $25, which is not included in the $135 price.
I've seriously enjoyed having this keyboard in my studio, not only because it's small enough to fit at the production desk, it handshakes well with software/virtual instruments, including those from MOTU and Native Instruments, and other DAW-embedded instruments from Digital Performer, Logic Pro, GarageBand, Reason, and others.And of course Arturia has its own impressive software (and software support) that loads up this controller with an assortment of old-school and modern synthesizers, organs, pianos, strings, basses, etc.
