Embroidery and cutting files have to be altered and not simply converted to other file format. Final work must be mixed with other elements and flattened (non-layered) in a way that the original files cannot be copied. Original files cannot be included on digital packs of any kind.
Original images have to be only part of your project and cannot be sold on their own. Sticker pages and collage sheets also cannot include the image as is. Mix your work into it and create all sort of products (ex: you cannot pick an image as is and put on a t-shirt but if you add elements such as other images or words it would be fine). For online sales a clear link to the shop should be on the same page as the product displayed and on physical products it can be on any part of the product or packaging.
